Recreational, Medical Pot Initiatives On Ballots Across Country

Three states and the District of Columbia are considering marijuana referenda in Tuesday's election. Washington, D.C., Oregon and Alaska could legalize recreational pot while Florida's ballot includes a constitutional amendment that would legalize medical use of marijuana. Despite legalization in 2012 in Colorado and Washington, the landscape this year looks more difficult for the pro-marijuana camp.
