BOGALUSA, La. -- The Louisiana Small Business Development Center at Southeastern Louisiana University will offer a seminar May 28 on starting and financing a small business.
The free program will take place in Bogalusa from 9-11 a.m. at Northshore Technical Community College's Sullivan Campus, 1710 Sullivan Drive.
Topics will include writing a business plan, sources of funds for startup and expansion, small business resources and required licenses.
